I'm not the Grinch!

After yesterday's post, I'm sure you are thinking I'm the Grinch!  Really, I'm not.  Usually I love Christmas.  This year, it just seems like it requires too much energy.  Anyone else feel that way?

I saw a question on another blog that I thought I'd like to answer myself.  I don't have the exact wording but basically it was what stitching gift would you wish for yourself for Christmas.  Immediately I thought of two things.

1.  Some PS Santa patterns!  I've been admiring these and I don't have a single one in my stash.  Maybe 2013 will be the year to start a collection of these for myself.

2.  Some stitching friends.

  1. I think you are so NOT the grinch, just simply human like the rest of us, and yes I feel the same.
I like your gift idea for yourself... I can help ya with #2, starting with me :)
I adore PS, and think that is a great idea to start collecting, especially the Santas as they are fab!
    Have a great day

  2. I think we all feel to stressed at this time of year--you are not a grinch--just human :)

Thanks so much for your kind comments on my blog--you definitely need to stitch a Prairie Schooler for yourself. I call that my "comfort stitching." There is just something so calming and enjoyable about it :)

    Wishing you a Merry Christmas!
